Dispensary 
If you are registered with the practice and live more than one mile from the nearest dispensary, you will be able to obtain any prescribed medication from the dispensary situated at the surgery. 
To obtain this service you will need to be registered with the dispensary.  
Please ask at reception or the dispensary for more information. 
Our 3 dispensaries are available during normal opening hours listed on the opening hours page of the website.

In response to patient requests we have re-instated the repeat prescription order answerphone at Holt Medical Practice.  The new number is 01263 888391 and is available 24 hours a day and will replace the present system with immediate effect.

The Pharmacy is open from 8:30am til 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

Charges
The current charge per item is £7.40, you can pay by cash or cheque (we will need to see you cheque guarantee card) at all 3 sites, and also by Credit or Debit card at Holt Medical Practice. 
If you are exempt from prescription charges, please be prepared to show us your exemption certificate when you collect your prescriptions.
Pre-payment cards are available at dispensary, please ask for more information.

Posting your repeat prescription slip in the general mail, in the surgery repeat prescription letter boxes or in the secure post box at Budgens in Holt. 

Online - You can now order your repeat prescriptions through our website. Please click the Repeats Menu item and enter all the relevant details.

Repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection in 48 hours (not including weekends or Bank Holidays). 
You can collect your repeat prescription from the surgery or we can post it to you if you provide us with a stamped addressed envelope.  You can then take it to a chemist of your choice. Please remember, we provide this service at all three sites, Holt, Melton Constable and Blakeney Surgeries.
