NHS App

In 2019 a new app was released for patients to use online services. You do not need to contact the Practice to register. You can use it to arrange GP appointments, order repeat medication, and view your Summary Care Record

For more information, see the NHS App website, download an information leaflet or download the app from the buttons below.

Patient Access

We have an online service called Patient Access, which you can use to arrange GP appointments, order repeat medication, check test results and view your Summary Care Record

All users are asked to read the online services guide.

First time use of Patient Access online services

Patient Access is a secure system. You can apply for simple access (appointments and medication) by telephoning Reception, or for additional features you must attend in person with photographic proof of identity.

Please note: You can only register to access your own appointments, repeat prescriptions and summary care record. Parents are able to register for proxy access to order repeat medication only for children under the age of 16; at 16 this access will be automatically revoked and the young adult will have to come in and re-register for themselves.

Proxy users: login with your own account details, click on your name in the top right corner, then click on Linked Users. Press the SWITCH button to change to the profile you manage on the patient's behalf.
