Prescriptions

You can order your repeat medication, using online services.

You can reorder certain items of medication each month without an appointment being necessary. These items appear on your repeat prescription slip, which you can collect from the surgery, or we can post it to you if you provide us with a stamped addressed envelope.

You can request items which are not on your repeat prescription list, however, you may need to attend an appointment to discuss this further.

How to order your repeat prescriptions

To order your repeat prescriptions:

When to Collect

Whether you collect from Holt, Melton or Blakeney, you need to make sure you leave sufficient time between ordering your repeat medication and collection in order for us to order and prepare it.

Please order your repeat medication 7 days in advance of the day you wish to collect it. This helps us to allow for delays in the system and issues with supply so we can ensure all your medication is ready to collect at the same time.

Order Monday – Collect the following Monday.

As a minimum you must leave x3 working days (72 hours) between ordering and collection. Any orders placed after 16:00 on any day will not be processed until the next working day.

Kelling Pharmacy Dispensary

If you are registered with the practice and live more than one mile from the nearest pharmacy, you will be able to obtain prescribed medication from the dispensary situated at any of our three surgeries. To obtain this service you will need to register your preference with the dispensary.

Please ask at reception or the dispensary at any of our three surgeries for more information. The dispensaries at the Kelling Pharmacy and our branch sugeries are available during normal opening hours.
