Covid-19 Spring Boosters 2024
This spring, Holt Surgery will be providing free Covid vaccinations for eligible patients. Please read the below information carefully.
We will be offering Covid vaccines to:
- All patients who are 75yrs and over
- Patients aged 18 – 74yrs who are clinically “at risk”
- All patients living in an older peoples’ care home (irrespective of age)
