NHS App

The NHS App is a helpful tool to access your health information.
It allows you to see messages that your GP has sent you, order repeat prescriptions, and check your health records.

Getting started with the NHS app

NHS App registration using photo ID

NHS App registration without photo ID

If you are signing up for the NHS app without photo ID, it may ask for you for the following information:
Linkage Key, ODS Code and Account ID.
If you need these please contact our Reception team who will be able to send this to you via email.

Don’t have a smartphone or tablet? You can still use the NHS app on a computer!

To sign in on a computer, follow this link to the NHS website.

Drop-in Sessions

If you are having trouble with your NHS App, we have scheduled drop-in sessions in which you can speak to a member of staff and go through the problem together in person.
There’s no need to book, just come to Holt Medical Practice and say you’re there to talk about the NHS App.
Make sure to bring your device!
